Plumb (operated by WEPLUMB PTE. LTD., "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we handle when you use weplumb.co and what your rights are. We keep it deliberately short because this site collects very little.

What we collect

The website itself does not require you to create an account and does not track you. We only obtain personal data if you choose to contact us:

• When you contact us — by email or by submitting a brief through the site — we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address and the content of your message.
• Technical data — like any website, our host records standard server information (for example IP address and browser type) in security and delivery logs.

How we use it

We use the information you send us for one purpose only: to read your request and reply to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not use cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers.

Third parties

A small number of service providers necessarily process technical data so the site can work:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and content delivery. Cloudflare processes technical data (such as your IP address) to serve and secure the site.
• Google Fonts — the site loads its typeface from Google's servers, which means your browser's IP address is shared with Google when the fonts are fetched.

Retention

We keep the messages you send us only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our correspondence, then delete them. Host security logs are retained by our provider for their own limited periods.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data you have shared with us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) or, for visitors in the EU/EEA, the GDPR. To exercise any right, email hello@weplumb.co.

This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore.
